Jose “Ohj” Nobles, IV is a highly regarded swim coach in Southern California, renowned for his expertise in stroke and glide techniques. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from CSU San Marcos and a MA Physiology (candidate) brings over a decade of competitive triathlon experience to his coaching. Coach Ohj seamlessly combines scientific knowledge with hands-on experience, helping swimmers of all levels unlock their full potential in the water.
A dedicated athlete, Coach Ohj proudly represented his hometown in the past two IronMan 70.3 races, placing 9th overall in 2023 and demonstrating resilience in 2024 with a strong performance despite battling a knee soft tissue tear. With plans to establish a Sports Academy in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone, he aims to inspire future generations of swimmers, runners, and triathletes, fostering not only competitive spirit but a commitment to healthy living. His first Sports Camp is set to launch in June 2025.
