President

John Carl Nobles is a forward-thinking business leader with a strong foundation in the financial sector, where he developed expertise in navigating complex economic environments, strategic planning, and operational management. Through years of professional experience, he has cultivated a multidisciplinary approach to leadership, integrating business, finance, technology, and project management to develop practical and scalable solutions across various industries.
As President, JC focuses on building systems that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen collaboration, and create sustainable business ecosystems. His leadership philosophy centers on innovation, adaptability, and the strategic use of technology to improve both customer
experience and organizational performance.
One of his key initiatives is the advancement of smart vending solutions in Subic Bay Freeport and Olongapo City. Recognizing the growing role of automation, cashless transactions, data-driven operations, and digital convenience, JC sees smart vending technology as more than a retail platform but as part of the broader movement toward digital transformation and smart city integration in the region.
By introducing technology-enabled vending systems, he aims to help position Subic Bay
Freeport and Olongapo City as emerging hubs for innovation, digital commerce, and modern consumer infrastructure. The initiative supports not only business convenience and accessibility, but also encourages the adoption of technology-driven solutions that align with evolving urban lifestyles, tourism, and economic development in the area. Through this vision, JC continues to contribute to the growth of a more connected, efficient, and future-ready local business environment.

Coach Ohj Nobles
Managing Partner – Sports Scientist


Jose “Ohj” Nobles, IV is a highly regarded swim coach in Southern California, known for his expertise in stroke efficiency, glide mechanics, and performance-based swim development. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from CSU San Marcos and currently pursuing his MA in Physiology, Coach Ohj combines sports science with over a decade of competitive triathlon experience to help athletes maximize performance, recovery, and long-term development. A dedicated athlete himself, Coach Ohj represented his hometown in consecutive IronMan 70.3 races, finishing 9th overall in 2023 and delivering a strong performance in 2024 despite competing through a knee soft tissue tear injury. He is also the founder of the DND Sports Foundation, a registered organization in California, USA, established to support aspiring athletes from all walks of life and promote the importance of science, education, and proper athlete development in sports.

In June 2025, alongside Coach Tasi and Coach Miguel, he successfully launched a Sports Camp in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone, where participants immediately showed improvements in swimming and triathlon performance through focused and immersive training methods. Building on this momentum, Coach Ohj is now helping develop the Sports Lab concept in Subic
Bay Freeport, a vision aimed at transforming the area into a hub for training, recovery, sports performance, and healthy living through science-based athletic development and wellness innovation.

Jun Nobles III, PMCP, MBA
Consultant – Project Management


Jun Nobles III is a Project Management Consultant with professional experience spanning the corporate sector, academe, and international business environments. His background includes expertise in strategic planning, operations management, stakeholder coordination, and project execution across diverse industries.

A Project Management Certified Professional (PMCP), MBA holder, and DBA Candidate, Jun combines academic insight with practical industry experience in organizational development, process improvement, and business operations.

He also gained valuable international experience in California, USA for 12 years, serving as a licensed real estate professional, licensed loan officer, and insurance broker. This exposure strengthened his expertise in client relations, financial services, regulatory compliance, and business development within highly competitive markets.

In Subic Bay Freeport, he is actively involved in promoting innovation and digital transformation initiatives, particularly in proptech, fintech, insurtech (research paper), and smart retail ecosystems. He has been instrumental in introducing and advocating Smart Vending solutions in Subic Bay Freeport Zone and Olongapo City, supporting initiatives aligned with digital city development and smart technology integration.

Known for his strategic mindset and collaborative leadership, he continues to support organizations and businesses in delivering efficient, scalable, and impact-driven projects.

 

Engr. Karl Peralta
Consultant – Construction

Engr. Karl Peralta is a driven and highly capable construction professional with valuable experience in both government infrastructure projects and private sector developments. With a strong foundation in structural works and construction management, he has been involved in
project coordination, site supervision, quality control, and implementation across various
residential, commercial, and public works projects.
His exposure to government projects strengthened his understanding of compliance standards, documentation, and stakeholder coordination, while his private sector experience enhanced his adaptability, efficiency, and results-oriented approach in fast-paced construction environments.
Known for his professionalism, technical competence, and commitment to continuous learning, Engr. Karl continues to build a reputation as a dependable young engineer dedicated to innovation, quality workmanship, and excellence in the construction industry.
